Refund Policy

Due to the unique, made-to-order, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Each piece is created, prepared, or produced specifically for you, and many items involve handcrafted processes or limited editions that cannot be resold.

Inconformities, Defects, or Issues

If you believe your order has arrived with a defect, damage, or does not conform to what was ordered, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery.

To request a review, please contact us at infotuturaheritage@gmail.com within this timeframe and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs, where applicable

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an issue is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or alternative resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Important Notes

  • Subtle variations, natural marks, or irregularities are inherent to handcrafted and artistic works and are not considered defects.

  • Shipping delays, customs processing times, or carrier-related issues are not grounds for refunds.

  • Requests submitted after the 15-day period will not be eligible for review.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
